Going through this work a second time helped everything land more deeply. Concepts I understood intellectually became real, practical, and visible in my everyday life, especially around codependence and relationships. I’ve learned to say yes to me, hold healthy boundaries, and stay grounded even when others don’t like my choices. I feel stronger in who I am, and I’m grateful for the support and the growth that came through this community.

Committing to this work together helped us become more present, embodied, and intentional in our daily lives. We’re more aware of our bodies, our energy, and the choices we’re making, and life now feels clearer and more aligned. We’re grateful for the growth we’ve experienced and for the support of Cynthia and the community along the way.

Working with Cynthia helped me shift out of self-judgment and into a completely different inner state. I moved from feeling upset and stuck in a story to remembering, “God is my source,” and letting forgiveness and peace lead. The biggest change is that I feel free in my body, free in my mind, and calm even when old dynamics show up. I’m also seeing tangible evidence that life is working out for me in unexpected ways.
