React or Respond?

Today is a new day.

As every other day, each of us makes a choice to react or respond. Each choice has its own frequency within our body.

Lower frequency reactions include:

Apathy

Grief

Fear

Anger

Higher frequency responses include:

Caring

Joy

Faith

Authority

Reactions are not wrong, and responses are not right. 

They are what they are. We get to notice them, let them be ok, and recognize the opportunity they present.

We get to choose how we "see" what happens around us and in our world. Our perspective determines our thoughts, words and feelings.

  • It's ok to feel apathy, and we have an opportunity to care.
  • It's ok to feel grief, and we have an opportunity to find joy.
  • It's ok to feel fear, and we have an opportunity to trust.
  • It's ok to feel anger, and we have an opportunity to remember our authority.

No human person will fix all the things for us. No human person will save us. Looking outside ourselves for value, agreement, worth, pleasure, etc., shows us where we have given away our authority through codependent patterns.

God dwells within each of us. Align within, with God in you.

Remember who you are.

Shine your Light.

Offer love.

Walk humbly.

Give grace.

Speak life.

Be still.

Remember your power in your thoughts, words and feelings.

Whatever things are

true

noble

right

pure

lovely

admirable

excellent

praiseworthy......

Let these things be the thoughts and anthem of your heart. Your cells are listening
